For Hosts

Earning $SOR Tokens:

• Property Listing Bonus:

  • Hosts earn 1% of the estimated annual rental value in $SOR tokens upon listing their property. This incentivizes hosts to add more properties to our platform, increasing their earning potential. ( LIMITED TIME )

• Booking Completion Bonus:

  • Hosts earn an additional 2% of the booking value in $SOR tokens or ETH upon successful completion of a booking. This encourages hosts to maintain high occupancy rates and provide excellent service to guests.

• Cashback for Hosts:

  • Up to 2% cashback in $SOR tokens or ETH for each booking, with additional loyalty level bonuses up to 5% for Platinum-level hosts.

• Staking Rewards:

  • Hosts can stake their $SOR tokens to earn attractive annual percentage yields (APYs), creating a passive income stream that further incentivizes them to remain active and engaged on the platform.

For Travelers

Rewards for Booking and Engagement:

• Reservation Bonus:

  • Travelers receive 1% of the booking value in $SOR tokens or ETH for every booking made, encouraging them to choose Sorra for their accommodation needs.

• Cashback for Travelers:

  • Travelers can earn up to 5% cashback in $SOR tokens or ETH on bookings, with additional bonuses for higher loyalty levels, offering an extra 5% cashback for Platinum-level travelers.

• Exclusive Discounts on Bookings:

  • Discounts of 1% for bookings up to $500, 3% for bookings between $500 and $1,000, and 5% for bookings over $1,000 when using $SOR tokens, making travel more affordable.

  • Hosts earn 100 $SOR tokens for each new host or traveler they successfully refer, promoting organic growth and enhancing network effects.

• Tiered Loyalty Levels:

  • Hosts progress through our tiered loyalty levels, unlocking additional rewards and benefits based on accumulated $SOR tokens.

Referral Program and Engagement Rewards:

  • Travelers earn 100 $SOR tokens for each successful referral, with a monthly cap of 20 referrals, fostering a sense of belonging and community engagement.

Tiered Loyalty Levels

Sorra's Loyalty Program rewards both hosts and travelers as they become more active and engaged on the platform:

• Bronze Level: 0 - 50,000 $SOR earned / held, 1% bonus on all rewards.

• Silver Level: 50,001 - 150,000 $SOR earned / held, 2% bonus on all rewards.

• Gold Level: 150,001 - 500,000 $SOR earned / held, 3% bonus on all rewards.

• Platinum: 500,001+ $SOR earned / held, 5% bonus on all rewards.

Example for Platinum Level

A Platinum level user books a stay worth $1,000.

They receive $50 in standard cashback plus an additional $50 for their Platinum status, totaling $100 in $SOR tokens.

Sustainability and Tokenomics
